2.2 Guaranteed Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. The card will not be charged unless specified in the rate terms or in the event of a no-show or cancelation outside of the cancelation policy.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on the room type, rate selected, and time of year. Please review the specific cancellation policy provided at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

3. Casino Regulations

5. Payment and Billing

5.2 Resort Fees

A daily resort fee may be applied to your stay. This fee covers amenities such as Wi-Fi, fitness center access, and local calls. The resort fee will be clearly disclosed during the booking process.

5.3 Taxes

All rates are subject to applicable local and state taxes, which will be added to your bill.

6. Damage Policy

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property caused by negligence or willful misconduct. Charges will be applied to the credit card on file.
